Oils

Essential Oils are potent plant medicine that have been around and highly revered for their many healing benefits for thousands of years. Curious to know what the fuss is all about from Cleopatra and ancient royal Egyptians to the Three Kings bringing these gifts to baby Jesus to new age health fanatics coating themselves in anything and everything? Yeah, that last one is kind of me…

The truth is, this stuff works. It’s clean, it’s safe, it’s effective, and it’s affordable. We all have the power to take control of our lives, including our health. After all, we are our number one healer.

I love sharing my favorite health hacks that I have used to transform and then maintain my well-being. These are one of the number one tools in my wellness toolbox, so I can’t wait to share with you why… and how you can start enjoying the benefits as well!

About Jessica

Jessica Jean Weston is chef owner of Superfresh! Organic Café in Brattleboro, VT, author of Healing Tonics, Juices, and Smoothies: 100+ Elixirs to Nurture Body and Soul, a certified holistic health coach, and doTERRA Wellness Advocate. Weston was named one of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s 30 Under 30 Health and Wellness Leaders of 2017. With a BA in Medical Anthropology from Ithaca College and as a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), Jessica has spent her career exploring the broad subject of food as medicine with Mayan healers in Belize, on organic farms, and with herbalists, shamanic practitioners, and more.

Jessica’s personal journey to health navigating a series of food intolerances, as well as what made her feel most vibrant, led her to a non-GMO plant-based diet free of soy, gluten, dairy, eggs and meat. Recognizing that everyone has their own path to explore with different physical, emotional and environmental needs, her goal is to simply share her experiences and knowledge through creating delicious, approachable cuisine, with understanding that no one being is alike (even the same on a different day with different circumstances).
