CONFIDENTIALITY:

Our relationship is strictly confidential.  I will not be telling anyone that we are working together and I will not reveal the content of our sessions to anyone, unless with written permitted.  This is sacred.  You are free to share whatever you choose from our sessions with anyone, with the exception of recipes.

All recipes shared are proprietary with Jessica Jean Weston Inc. and are not intended for commercial use. They are shared for personal home cooked meals only.

RESERVATION and CANCELLATION POLICY:

Missing a Jessica Jean Weston Inc. session without notice is considered a paid / used session. If you need to reschedule your sessions due to an illness or some unforeseen emergency please allow a 24 hour notice and we can reschedule for a later date, but there are no refunds.

For all in-person and online events here or on location, please note that we are not able to provide refunds. If you cannot join us, you may send someone in your place.  Travel insurance is recommended for in- person events. Should the facilitators need to cancel the event, travel will not be reimbursed. Class drop-ins, retreat fees and series passes are for designated events only and valid for those dates only. Class event or series passes and event purchases are not transferable for other products or services. Online purchases are non-refundable.

AGREEMENT and LIABILITY WAIVER – The participant’s purchase confirms that they read this agreement, understood it, and agreed to it.

The opinions, services and instruction being offered to me by Jessica Weston (Jessica Jean Weston Inc.), or other instructors, are NOT medical advice, consultation, therapy or treatment, nor does it include any other medical, mental, physical or spiritual diagnosis. I understand that the educational services and instruction provided by the instructors are not intended to be in place of or in lieu of any medical advice or treatment that I may require for any cause whatsoever, now or in the future. No representations or statements that have been made to me in regards to the services or instruction that may be provided and NO GUARANTEE has been made to me in regards to expected results or a cure of any kind or for any medical condition, nor are any of the instructors considered or trained as such therapists.

It is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the individual / group classes / workshops, retreats, and trainings offered.

I, my heirs or legal representatives forever agree to release and discharge all instructors, employees, officers and agents of Jessica Jean Weston Inc.  from any and all claims or causes of action known or unknown arising out of any act or negligence arising from my participation in their courses.  By making a purchase, I acknowledge that I have read this AGREEMENT and fully understand its contents.

Jessica Jean Weston Inc. respects your privacy. We will never willfully disclose individually identifiable information about our customers to any third party, except in the limited circumstances permitted by this policy.

Jessica Jean Weston Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We have access to / collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. Jessica Jean Weston Inc. will not sell or rent this information to anyone. Jessica Jean Weston Inc. will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. Jessica Jean Weston Inc. will not share your information with any third party outside of my organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g., to ship an order.
