Join us for a beautiful and nourishing day retreat just for YOU as we prepare to BLOOM into a new season at New Spring Farm in Peru, Vermont.
On this day, we will honor the Spring Equinox, a day of balance and transition. We will allow the supportive land and natural beauty and bounty of Mama Gaia/Mother Earth to remind us that it is safe to BLOOM into a new era being. From nature, we learn to release what is no longer needed in order to step into new cycles. This process allows us to continuously realign with our core essence, forever trusting that what will come will be better than before...beyond our wildest dreams.
The shift in seasons is a perfect time to slow down and tune in, to take a deep breath in, and to breathe out into a new cycle. In a safe, supportive container we will journey together and through the expanse of our blooming hearts.
Together we will enjoy delicious, nourishing foods and drinks, cook, move, write, meditate, release, journey with sound and plant medicine, and play with supportive tools for you to take home with you into your everyday life to remember the incredible spirit that you are.
This retreat is open to everyone ~ all ages, expressions, and abilities.
